When planning a simple route from A to B, the normal feature of pressing “Go” will show a advertisement for starting a subscription and not start navigation for the planned route. The only way to start navigation is to save the route, load the route and then start navigation. Two features are missing 1) always save track and 2) show all tracks. This is standard function on normal chart plotters.
Had the subscription for 5 years, but during so the price doubled and the app hasn’t evolved. I’m gonna “jump-ship” to iSailor. Christian/Denmark

I’ve used this app for a long time now, I don’t know what they changed or if it is just pure luck on my side that I haven’t hit ground. Just outside the harbor there are some patches with shallow ground 1.2 meter is the most shallow one and the app though set to meter says 5.2 unless I ask for a specific point then it says 1.2… i cannot say and ask for specific points…. And I just renewed the subscription which I very much is gonna ask my money back for…
I like Navionics very much and I am using it all the time when I am sailing. But I like to use my Apple Watch to at least see the map - is it possible or do I need to shift to another app? I know, Garmin have it in their watch, but I am using Apple. Looking forward hearing from you, thanks. Br. K

How come the program is not able to calculate long routes?
I love Navionics, and I have uset for years on a smaller IPad . Now I bought an IPad Pro, but apparently it vant find my position unless I am on wifi. Can that be true? Stig Spangsberg Denmark
After the newest update summer 2022, the autorouting function is working ridiculously bad. Very unfortunate, since the autorouting was one off my main reasons for using the app for the past 7 years. Worked fine for years, but now even simple routes are not working. For ex. adminstrative fishing restrictions, now becomes obstacles that can not be crosssed on routes for sailboat cruising. In other cases even simple routes are not taking the shortest routes between a and b.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy TAB8 with built-in GPS. I can install the App, but am not allowed to log in. in the video I got the impression that all devices with 3 or 4 G can be used.
