All of a sudden i am facing issues with my fav. banking app.
It wouldn't accept my MPIN and then i had to pay 100 rs for online biometrics.. Not a big deal but it got me stressed that it's acting funny..
It also keep on forgetting my Linked Accounts or like even though i will put 16 digits acc. No. It just wouldn't show the green Next.

other than these issues. app is very handy and very reliable

I had problem with online buying and it deducted 3000 from my account and other party didn’t receive they said you will get it back from nayapay i submitted a dispute and nayapay told me that it will take 1 month to return your money and it’s already been a month and still no response from nayapay team. I would strongly recommend to not to use this third-class app who can’t guarantee your payment utill you forget it. I recommended all of my colleagues to delete this app and i am waiting to get my money back back and then delete this app.

So i have been using this app since a long time and now out of the blue i cant take cash out from this app. But it works perfectly online. It has stopped working on ATMs. I can never take my cash out because it says bad card.

I made the account on 15-11-24. 
Provided all the required details and told the Customer Service Agent that I need to connect this card to my Shopify Store and run Facebook Ads on it. 

I made the call again on 18-11-24 and Customer Service Agent told that your request has been rejected as you requested it for “Crypto Currency” usage.

I requested them to check the recorded call and they told me that once the details are rejected. We can’t even send any further instructions to the verification and quality assurance team. 

So my request got rejected because the Service Agent was high or he was sleeping or I don’t know. Maybe he didn’t got any new headphones. 

Thanks for the useless and pathetic service NayPay. You’ve just made yourself a new customer who will negatively market your product freely.

I already had a card from nayapay. I’m busy these days in exams so I didn’t notice that my limits are already full  and my account has less amount..! My snapchat was trying to charge the payment on to my account which was empty at the moment. They blocked the card after 7 transactions. The problem is they put a button down there to pay the blocked charges. Which i did. After paying the card was still blocked. I called the helpline to ask about the trouble. Because i already have a physical card with me. Now they want to me order another card. 
What is this behaviour.!
Like seriously? What is this rule.. why.!?? If I paid the fees then why I buy it again.?

I prioritised NayaPay over other applications like JazzCash,easypaisa as these later payment methods I found sometimes delaying in sending and receiving payments and elongated app opening time due to these reason  I shifted to NayaPay but unfortunately after 1 year the experience is more badd than JazzCash…same delay issue even more and sometimes app doesn’t open many hours…💔
