I don’t understand this at all. My face did not change from 2 hours ago and I have phone service as well as Wi-Fi and it still won’t work. Then sometimes out of nowhere every month it seems like it logs me out of my account for no reason! I have to get help from the bank because I can’t remember my password. Checks have a box that says for mobile deposit on the back but they make you write it out. My other bank the picture taking us automatic, here it’s manual. Not even going to try anymore. I was able to use it a couple of times in the beginning, and never again after that even after switching phones. It just doesn’t work… or exist?
