Airplay doesn’t work
Please do something about the airplay function cause it does not work, whenever I airplay it to my TV all the controls are gone and the live game starts playing from the begining
Terrible on iPad
Playback errors, quality problems, not only when watching live games, but finished games also. The games are loading horribly slow. Net connection is all right, I’m watching 4k movies without any issues…
Great content terrible performance
The content is great and abundant, but the app is full of bugs (especially when video runs and switching between screens) and performance problems. The most annoying one is the video control overlay that gets overloaded after a short time and doesn’t even appear on touch after 4-5 times. Jumping ahead and back 10seconds also gets slower after each occurrance meaning the delay between tapping the icon and the actual jump increases. After 10-12 times it also becomes unavailable. As an European who watches a lot of recorded games skipping over timouts and breaks this is really frustrating. The app also drains the phones power really quickly making it super hot. Granted, my iPhone is quite old (11) but other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime or HBO run super smoothly still.

Always logged out and cannot be logging despite filled the ID and the password as well. I text the bug in the app, help center. I use the NBA app on iOS 17.4.1.

Terrible casting
It’s unbelievably bad. It’s unfortunate, it made me almost cancel my NBA subscription just because I couldn’t watch the games, so it made no sense. The AirPlay is not working & the Cast functionality only works if the network is better than perfect, and even then sometimes it’s dogsht. It’s the only app I can’t watch on a tv on a Chrome Cast in my bedroom, somehow NFL (on DAZN) and F1 made it work perfectly, only NBA is unwatchable smh.
