Very poor streaming quality and overall app performance

I would have probably given a lower star rating if possible. Cant stream matches seamlessly at even 540p

Streaming glitches galore

Not sure what’s going on with your app Dev team but with every update it seems to only get worse. You can add all the bells and whistles but if someone can’t stream them the app is just useless. The seeker doesn’t work, no matter what position I put it to it just goes back to the beginning. Or if that works then the app streams at a resolution where I can’t even tell where the ball is despite choosing 1080 and having no issues with my internet connection. Or it’ll freeze. Or something else. The list of bugs in your streaming experience only grows longer. This app has gone from being reliable a few years ago and being 1/4th the price to being a game of which bug will I face today for 4 times the price. How can you in good conscience take money when this is the state of your product. There’s a live game going on right now that I’ve given up on trying to see and have decided to write this review instead. Honestly, it would a QC team 10 mins to find at least 10 bugs in your streaming experience. My advice, which will most likely not be heeded judging by the state of things, would be to stop doing everything else and JUST FIX THE STREAMING EXPERIENCE.

Poor video quality

The video quality of nba games is very bad we are unable to watch games in higher quality like 720p and 1080p the games are always buffering and quality is 144p even on higher internet’s speed.

Bad user experience and terrible streaming performance.

I have given up trying to watch a game on this app. It lags and stutters even with high speed internet. Most times it doesn’t even let me watch popping up errors all the time. If I set it at a quality it still streams at the lowest quality. One of the worst apps I’ve used. It forces us to find other means to watch NBA games. Waste of money in my opinion and I’ve been trying to use this app for 4 years now.

Cookie terms updated

Uninstalling the app as they have updated cookie terms to use my data for marketing purposes. There is no option to opt out!!

App not working properly

The main issue is the playoff window and bracket which is not loading and the Home Screen is also not visible. Apart from that, in Discover section, many of the options are not loading. Resolve this ASAP.

The app is good. UI and the performance of the app has been improved tremendously

App support not adequate.

I raised an issue of a specific app error which is not allowing me to see any games (just the two minute reviews) even when I’m a subscriber. Got a response to uninstall it and then install the app again

Impossible to watch an entire match without the stream hanging

Terrible app. It’s impossible to get though an entire game without the stream randomly hanging. The app also frequently logs me out and have raised multiple support tickets only to be told there is nothing that can be done. Slow to buffer even when my internet speed + all other video applications run super smoothly. This is a joke considering it is the official NBA app. An illegal stream is more trustworthy.

For 4k high quality streaming

What the highest quality streaming platform. Even using the slowest internet, this perfect application is showing to me 4k streaming video. Thanks a lot for taking our money and doing nothing.
