Worst interface ever

Every time I watch a game my screen stops working (touching stuff on the screen doesn’t work) it’s like my phone has malware everytime I use this app

Essential for NBA fans worldwide

The app itself provides you with detailed stats and Live & On-demand video. The app could use a complete revamp, feels very old and clunky with all the extra web-browser option. Keep it all in the app and simple and cleaner look at you would have a lovely app.

Glitchy, unresponsive interface and slow

The NBA app is one of the least user friendly application by any major company. This company has billions of dollars and STILL I suspect they used some high school senior with a small interest in software development to build this app for them. This app annoys me so much and it’s the least responsive app I’ve ever used. It’s actually better to use the website than the app. Fix this, I watch a lot of NBA games and this should be a lot more refined.

Good app in general, but really missing the opportunity to download games for offline viewing (for long flights, train rides etc.)! Also, the functionality of not showing the scores is kind of obsolete when there is now a headline over the game. Today I opened the app to watch the Nuggets-Heat game and it does not show the score, but the headline says «Jokic, Murray power Nuggets to game 1 victory». This needs to be changed asap!

Way to expencive

The app functions very well and the app i spotless but the price. The price is a whole different story. 119$ for a year? Not an affordable price for every family.

Problems casting to TV via chromecast

The new version of the app is terrible when it comes to casting to TV especially via chromecast. In the beginning of the casting the video is very slow and interrupts every 2-3 seconds. This goes on for first 5-10 minutes agter that eventually the video is running smoothly. But if you one wants to fast forward a few minutes then the while crap starts again until it settles down and running normally. This is very irretating. In the begging i thought it was due to my iphone was a bit outdated (nr.8) so i bought a new one which is nr.14 but the problem is the same. Have no issues casting from other apps it is just NBA app which is giving me these troubles
