Can’t Input Promo Code via App

The problem I have encountered with your app is that it doesn’t allow us users to input a promo code when paying directly from the app. I should have subscribed via the website instead.

Noice and easy access

Live activity not updating

Been staring at the same score for over 1 game quarter already. Had to turn off and on the live action setting for a game for the score to restart

My Philippine NBA subscription does not work in California. 😪

Video Player not reliable and consistent

At some point in game, video hud controls wont show whenever you tap it. Workaround, you have to close the player and watch again for the controls to show and work. It would really beneficial if we can pick up the last timestamp of the game whenever we reopen the game because its quite hard to manually scrub it- its a guessing game Similar feature in "Continue Watching" in Netflix and Youtube.

Too glitchy

It’s great when it’s working. But there’s just too many bugs on this app. It freezes, crashes, it logs you out for some reason. So annoying when you’re trying to enjoy the game. I put up with it because it’s the only way I can watch the Lakers. Now that the season is over, I cancelled my subscription.

Missing basic features

When you hit Watch Live, it stoll takes you to the beginning of the game. There’s no way to fast forward to the start of a quarter. You have to forward manually. Phone or TV app is the same, missing basic features.

I cant watch a single game

Its been 3 days now i cant watch a single game from all my device!
