Doesn‘t open links anymore!!!

It’s very anoying, the app doesn‘t open any „external links“ anymore, so I can‘t read any news, articles, award latters, etc.

Very disappointed with the product(not only the state of the league) but the app doesn’t work that well especially considering the cost of league pass…

When I opened the app nothing happened the loading screen just freezes

Unusable

Since its inception, this app is de facto unusable on Apple devices. On Apple TV currently sound is threepeating in the background which makes you crazy. Two years ago with the takeover of Microsoft, the App was not playing games on various devices for European users for weeks, without any help or solution from the „Support“. Thinking hard about not renewning next year with league pass but finding other solutions.

Not stable, full of ads and less content… NBA Finals Game 5 is bugged… poor job again by this expensive app…

for whatever reason it wont let me stream the app on the tv on the PS5 during the playoffs i constantly have issues and even on the phone the app is so clunky and laggy at times if this was like a small company with a limited budget id understand but theres so much revenue generated by the NBA that i think it shouldnt be that hard to have a well functioning App espacially when you consider the Price that we pay! #BeBetter

Regression

The all-star weekend coverage was a total disaster. There was no way to watch the dunk or the skill contest, only crappy “stories” or recaps. The old app may have had its problems, but the coverage was complete.

Gets better and better

The app was really bad at the beginning of the 23/24 season. It got much better now, bu there‘s still 4 really annoying things for me. I live in Europe so I rewatch the games a few hours later. 1) As I rewatch most of the games, the „Hide Scores“ option is On most of the time but the „For You“ screen is filled with spoilers. It would make sense to have an overall „Hide any spoilers“ option. 2) When I rewatch games I want to skip through some of the timeouts but the „10 second skip“ option doesn‘t show up when I tap the screen or doesn‘t work at all on double-tap on the sides. In general, the user interface usually just disappears after some time of rewatching games or it is delayed for a few seconds after tapping the screen and then disappears without me being able to interact with anything. 3) Why does the highlight video automatically start playing when I select one of the games? Sometimes I just want to check the Box Scores or rewatch a game and the first few seconds of the highlight video spoil the outcome of the game at times. 4) Why does the video go back to vertical mode when I have the phone turned upside down? When I watch in bed and lay on my side withe phone upside down, the rotation goes back to vertical mode, which doesn‘t make any sense in my opinion. It should just stay horizontal just like other streaming apps (Youtube, Netflix etc.) Please improve on these things for the new season and the app is reaaaally good
