If you need your NBA fix, get this app.

Worst Sports Streaming App

This is the most annoying app to watch sports on. You pay for subscription but can’t watch the games unless it’s live!!! Brings up error codes every single time you try to watch the game after it’s finished. Especially on console. Horrible for a company like the NBA!!

Could be absolutely amazing

Living in the UK this app is great as you can watch the all games that are available in the US, without buying a TNT sports subscription and being limited to the games they are choosing to show. My issue with the app is I understand the world we are in and we need adverts but I don’t want to see the same ad again and again if I am just choosing to change the stream I am watching due to the app always seeming to divert you always to the Spanish feed for some reason. Also for some reason today 15/05/24 there only seems to be 45 mins of highlights from the Celtics game so you didn’t get to see the 3 and 4 quarter in English had to revert to the Spanish feed just so I could see the end!, surely this is not right! And you’ve guessed it because I changed feed had to re-watch the same advert. Also I am aware of the time delay between our countries but surely the process in making the highlights could be sped up as I have to watch the entire broadcast feed which includes adverts and time out entertainment then the feed will suddenly stop this is when I know the game highlights have been generated as I have to come out the app and go back in and then skip to the point in the game I was at and yep one last time that ad has to be watched. It is a great app but just needs a bit of polish and this app could be world class!.

Still No Change

This is now my second review of this awful app. I pay my subscription annually and cannot use what I pay for! How do they respond to any feedback? A copy and paste job saying thanks, but then refuse to make any changes! It is day-to-day whether I’ll be able to watch a game or have a error stating they have denied my access. But it doesn’t stop here, open up my laptop and go online to the league pass website and that doesn’t work either! Prompting me to either sign in or subscribe, which I have already done both! Sort it out NBA. It’s the playoffs now and this should not still be happening to paying customers!!!

Great App, Bad Notifications

I live in the UK so naturally I can’t really watch the NBA live as it’s very early in the morning over here so I decided to get this app so I can stay up to days with news, highlights, games etc however I turned on notifications to help me which I expected they would only come up to inform me of highlights and star plays. However we have just entered the playoffs in the NBA and being in the UK I’m trying to avoid spoilers like the plague, unfortunately notifications are spoiling nearly every game I’ve recorded to watch the following day basically making my recording pointless, the Pacers Bucks Game 3 was the final straw (after already spoiling Game 3 of Lakers and Nuggets) I have now disabled notifications and I’ll turn them back on after the season finishes.
