App needs major reworking
All therapists not on the app. Waste of time if I have to book via app and still make a phone call. Timing options should be available at the start. Booked once via app and never again!

Crashing all the time
Logged me out and I can’t login again, came to the salon, and the team can’t help me. Very upset. I can’t use the app - no one have no idea how to login for my phone number and email.
Never books services at the same time
Despite choosing the option to have services of mani pedi at the same time, and confirming it via the booking, it’s never the case. My mani’s have been booked hours before my Pedi’s and this has been a continuous problem with the app. I have to call before each appointment to confirm treatments at the same time and every time they tell me they’re separate. And the call centre argues that the app is great and nothing is wrong. No point in the app, just call and book. Also if you want to book multiple treatments under one section (ie gel removal AND repair) you can’t. You have to book one then go back and book the next. It’s shocking that the new app is worse than the old one.

Doesn’t work anymore
The app always had glitches but it worked. Now it’s impossible to make bookings at all.
Worst application ever
Appointments never go through. My advise is just to call
The service at N.BAR festival branch is the worst
The worker don’t accept the client opinion , they work not to make client happy !
Fix your app!
Worst app ever. Love salon but the app is just a disaster. No point of having it. When booking all slots available upon confirmation only 1 or 2 services get booked. What’s the point?! For every booking you still have to call. Poor alert system open confirmation. Says only certain service not available but even then only 1 out 5 services gets booked. Needs some serious rework otherwise it defeats the purpose!

Broken update
Usually I love this app but just updated it and now its completely broken. No venue to select from / no way to perform a booking. Looking forward to updating my review when you fix it.
