That dew points aren't shown on the main screen (why make us dig for such basic data) and no pinpoint location tracking available make this much less of useful resource. Both are there at a glance on other local weather apps. While you can have your current location shown that requires you turning on location tracking for the whole app and is only available for where you are, not for other locations you may be tracking. Your app has too much scrolling or clicking to separate pages. A few iterations ago you had a great app, not now. The NBC CT weather team has long been the best in the area and I hope it will continue to be despite losing its diversity with a recent departure with no sign that will change. -- filmbuff2, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "Weather App." It would be nice if you could show how much precipitation or snow we’re going to get on a given day. -- Hwm1037, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Disappointed" Why they changed from a great layout to this dumbed down version is beyond me. The weather app was perfect for all the different ways you wanted to get information. Now it is just slow, awkward, and tedious. -- Scheibenhonig!, 2024-10-08 ### *---- "Kesha Grant ‘s new look." What have you done to Keisha Grant? She looks awful! Please end the attempt to make her into Aunt Jemima ! -- Viewer opinion, 2024-09-26 ### *---- "Really?" How can that PFT sound not yet be fixed during commercials? It was for a short time, but until it is again, I’ll be on CBS and FOX! -- Press on Regardless, 2024-08-03 ### ***-- "Seems to be updating for very long time" I open the weather page and the information is hours old and there is a clocking symbol on the screen. Close and return only to find the same thing. -- Forced to use other apps, 2024-06-10 ### **--- "Never Opens" The app is great when it actually opens. 95% of the time I go to use it, the app is frozen when it opens and doesn’t load. I have to constantly close it and open it back up 3-5 times to finally get it to fully load. I’ve even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but that didn’t help either. My mother has the same problem with app so I know it’s not just me. -- JMCT2002, 2024-06-03 ### **--- "Needs more Investment" This app is atrocious. I have to open and close this app like five times just to get the weather to load. It’s slow to load and never loads properly. Please invest in the app so it’s at least useable because it’s quite literally the most annoying experience and there are several reviews that say the same thing. This replicates on multiple different devices. -- ChrisJSB, 2024-05-26 ### ***-- "Really wish it worked consistently" I like using this app, but for the longest time it's had issues loading the weather data and will just show blank. It often requires several closing and opening again attempts to get it to work. I'm at home on a strong connection so there's no local connectivity issues. -- James Mogan, 2024-05-17 ### **--- "Opens less than 50% of the time!" I am a WVIT NBC CT news fan and tune in daily which makes this app even more disappointing! I use it to check weather frequently and it rarely opens correctly the first time. I have to close and reopen it several times until it finally loads correctly. I also have WFSB App, it works much better. I will give this app a little more time to get it right, and if not, WFSB here I come! -- KDawg the Cat's Daddy, 2024-05-09 [View all NBC Connecticut News & Weather reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NBC Connecticut News & Weather Discovered Keywords - forecast - ct - ct weather - wtnh news 8 - ct sports - news 12 ct - news 12 connecticut - hartford insurance - the hartford insurance - post local news ## Apps Similar to NBC Connecticut News & Weather - [ABC 7 New York](https://apptail.io/app/abc-7-new-york-sU/united-states) - [New York Post for iPhone](https://apptail.io/app/new-york-post-for-iphone-xY/united-states) - [Patch - Everything Local](https://apptail.io/app/patch-everything-local-epH/united-states) - [NBC News: Breaking & US News](https://apptail.io/app/nbc-news-breaking-us-news-GtH/united-states) - [News 12 Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/news-12-mobile-DiP/united-states) - [WFSB](https://apptail.io/app/wfsb-nOtc/united-states) - [FOX61 WTIC Connecticut News](https://apptail.io/app/fox61-wtic-connecticut-news-pOtc/united-states) - [WTNH News 8](https://apptail.io/app/wtnh-news-8-QPtc/united-states) - [Hartford Courant](https://apptail.io/app/hartford-courant-AfGc/united-states) - [The Connecticut Public App](https://apptail.io/app/the-connecticut-public-app-xPOc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
