Please give us dark mode, filter news notifications by topics, and please stop pausing my music when I open the app. -- andrew50w, 2024-12-17 ### *---- "Ads cover page" Deleted app until ya’all chill with the ads. -- Mikec60!!!, 2024-12-15 ### *---- "News Now Ruins Everything" The inability to stop NBC News Now from running when you open this app and stopping any other audio you have going has ruined this app for me. It makes it essentially unusable as I cannot open it and read the news while listening to music because it stops the music and autoplays NBC News Now and there is absolutely no way to turn this off. Please make it stop. -- richboswell, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Battery hog!" Avid user for quite some time. However, one of the recent updates enabled auto play of NBC News Now videos plus automatic background audio when minimized. The problem with this is, if you minimize the app and don't notice the audio is playing in the background it will continue to stream and drain your battery. I have noticed the app doing this on both my iPhone 15 Pro and my iPad M4 Pro. The app should provide a visual indication and ask if I want to continue to stream the audio when minimizing. And there needs to be an option to completely disable this functionality. Please fix asap! -- JKB1970, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Updated app is garbage" Since they have updated the app, it now plays videos continuously in the background on its own which is very disturbing in a quiet room and a drain on my battery. After many years I finally had to delete the app -- MMajor, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "News list jumps around WAY too much" Difficult to use. Completely stupid interface. Every time I read an article and press the back button, the article list jumps halfway down the page so I can't continue from where I left off. Totally incompetent software developers. Fire them all and hire a dozen monkeys. I'm confident they would do a better job. -- FcukYouDickFcuk, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "Please Fix" I do not appreciate clicking a push notification from this app and having it take me to the story in the Safari browser instead just so you can get tracking cookies onto my iPad. I clear all history and trackers immediately after anyway but this irritates me regardless and there is no excuse for it -- Chevy2500HD4x4, 2024-11-21 ### ***** "MSNBC" I have watched MSNBC as my go to morning news for years! That stops now! Morning Joe and His wife, are not trustworthy or believable! Hypocrisy at the lowest/highest level! They have NO credibility! Sharon Perkins -- Chika's Mom, 2024-11-19 ### **--- "Loud" Plays undesired video and audio when the main home news page is scrolled a bit. Even though my phone is set to silent mode. This is disruptive. -- Sergei 45338, 2024-11-07 ### *---- "So bad now" Just bad news now one sided and will not fix the app for the last 2 years -- XRKGx, 2024-11-04 [View all NBC News reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NBC News Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | News | #27 | | Top Free | Ecuador | News | #35 | | Top Free | United States | News | #43 | | Top Free | Ireland | News | #51 | | Top Free | Nigeria | News | #51 | | Top Free | Mexico | News | #53 | | Top Free | Dominican Republic | News | #62 | | Top Free | Canada | News | #66 | | Top Free | Colombia | News | #72 | | Top Grossing | United States | News | #77 | | Top Free | Thailand | News | #81 | | Top Free | Greece | News | #86 | | Top Free | Brazil | News | #96 | | Top Free | Australia | News | #99 | | Top Free | Poland | News | #107 | | Top Free | Lebanon | News | #110 | | Top Free | Chile | News | #117 | | Top Free | Indonesia | News | #119 | | Top Free | Egypt | News | #126 | | Top Free | United Kingdom | News | #126 | | Top Free | Taiwan | News | #139 | | Top Free | Peru | News | #142 | | Top Free | Israel | News | #148 | | Top Free | Sweden | News | #152 | | Top Free | United Arab Emirates | News | #156 | | Top Free | New Zealand | News | #165 | | Top Free | India | News | #167 | | Top Free | Argentina | News | #170 | | Top Free | Pakistan | News | #171 | | Top Free | Austria | News | #171 | | Top Free | South Korea | News | #179 | | Top Free | Saudi Arabia | News | #181 | | Top Free | Spain | News | #193 | | Top Free | Hungary | News | #196 | | Top Free | Kuwait | News | #201 | | Top Free | Azerbaijan | News | #204 | | Top Free | Italy | News | #214 | | Top Free | Vietnam | News | #216 | | Top Free | Finland | News | #249 | ## NBC News Discovered Keywords -
