No thanks. -- Eric064, 2026-03-18 ### **--- "Weird, Scammy, creepy advertisement from “sponsored” content all the time." This app has scam advertisements, weird, creepy pictures from “sponsored” content there’s NEVER “normal” advertising content all the time. It’s enough to make people choose different news app. -- Many More Rooms, 2026-03-01 ### *---- "Your APP Sucks!" Constantly crashes and locks up your phone, do better! -- Dawg338, 2025-12-19 ### *---- "Spam App" Basically the news and info is hidden under layers and layers of pop up ads and odd click bait. It’s like telling your parents to stay away from a certain clickbait website. That’s this app. It’s pretty bad. Terrible in fact. -- Dulcinealo, 2025-04-03 ### *---- "Tornado Warning Ads" My county was just under a tornado warning. I had to watch a 30 second ad to even get to the live coverage. Deleting this app and going back to 10TV where I was able to watch a live feed immediately. -- Qwkuyp56, 2025-04-03 ### *---- "Literally Worthless" Who knew an app could actually be this bad? NBC 4 is the best news channel in Columbus, and they definitely have the budget to fix this pathetic app. When a company ignores something for this long, they are simply showing that they just do not care. I had this app years ago and it was terrible. I decided to download and try it again, under the assumption they had improved it. No…. It’s MUCH worse now. It’s unusable now. You open the app, it asks if you want to receive notifications (which is a joke because the app doesn’t even work), then it takes you to a screen showing the summary of the weather. You cannot scroll or go to either of the other two sections across the bottom. NBC4 is clearly way better than CBS, FOX, and ABC here in Columbus, but they simply can’t be bothered to fix their app. When a company display such laziness and apathy, it begins to put a bad taste in your mouth. There is just no excuse, in the year 2025, for a company to have an unusable app/website, especially a company the size of NBC. Do better, guys…. Seriously.. Zero stars. -- getittogether3, 2025-02-05 ### *---- "Below Average App" When reading an article and you get to the end of it, you have to rescroll all the way back to top in order to get a back arrow. And you can’t just flick it to get to top, you have to scroll one screen at a time. Not as easy to use as other Columbus area news apps. -- Chesspatzer, 2024-05-13 ### *---- "App not well designed" The app is completely unusable on iPad. In landscape mode, the video will cover the entire screen making reading the text of the article impossible. In portrait mode, the text does not resize to fit in the screen and cuts off text on the right and left sides again making it impossible to actually read an article. And of course ads, ads, ads everywhere also making the app a very unpleasant experience. -- hjhoyt, 2024-02-29 ### *---- "Won’t work" I had this app and needed to reinstall it. When I did it won’t open. You just get two screens. One asking is you want news updates. The other asking the same about weather. Don’t matter how you answer it will go no further. -- Pianomama56, 2024-01-25 ### *---- "Don’t get waste your time" These people don’t update this for days. Channels 6 & 10 are on point usually.. you can for get it, the other channels update there sites. You’ll read about stuff on 6 & 10 and maybe 3 or 4 days later you’ll see it on 4. I do not watch the weather I got no clue about it. -- Lee 2314, 2024-01-20 [View all NBC4 Columbus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NBC4 Columbus Discovered Keywords - chicago news ## Apps Similar to NBC4 Columbus - [Cleveland News from WKYC](https://apptail.io/app/cleveland-news-from-wkyc-KgP/united-states) - [News 5 Cleveland WEWS](https://apptail.io/app/news-5-cleveland-wews-MgP/united-states) - [FOX 8 News](https://apptail.io/app/fox-8-news-NgP/united-states) - [Columbus Dispatch: Local News](https://apptail.io/app/columbus-dispatch-local-news-hnP/united-states) - [WCPO 9 Cincinnati](https://apptail.io/app/wcpo-9-cincinnati-lnP/united-states) - [WLWT News 5 - Cincinnati, Ohio](https://apptail.io/app/wlwt-news-5-cincinnati-ohio-mnP/united-states) - [10TV WBNS Columbus, Ohio](https://apptail.io/app/10tv-wbns-columbus-ohio-spP/united-states) - [WSYX ABC6 News](https://apptail.io/app/wsyx-abc6-news-tpP/united-states) - [FOX 28 Columbus News](https://apptail.io/app/fox-28-columbus-news-vpP/united-states) - [WHIO News](https://apptail.io/app/whio-news-Grvc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
