Excessive log ins, sooooo slow. -- auraofmongo, 2026-08-04 ### *---- "As bad as the reviews suggest" Unable to order food from locations despite being well within the operating hours. Clumsy design. Not intuitive. The design is so poor it almost feels intentional. -- Sad & Hungry Minion, 2026-07-10 ### *---- "Awful Experience" Much less effective app than Thrive was. Annoying that contractors are shunted off to this second class app and employees get a better one. -- TempestOfTheShrew, 2026-06-18 ### *---- "Can’t log in" This app is a joke. Ever since the start of the month, it can’t let me log in even though I have a Microsoft account for the company. Thrive was so much better than this. -- emplordxiii, 2026-06-12 ### *---- "Can’t log in" This app is terrible even when I could sign in. It’s clunky, doesn’t include the venues at the Commons, and overall way worse than thrive. Now I can’t even sign in as a guest, I even tried redownloading the app. Please fix this. We’re hungry and have limited time to order and eat. -- SpooftheDog, 2026-06-11 ### *---- "Can’t Log In Anymore" Since last week, the option for guest login has disappeared. Extremely disappointing as a Versant employee. -- Robina241, 2026-06-09 ### *---- "Not letting me make an account" I can’t sign into my old account and I can’t make a new one, it physically won’t let me! -- sadnbcuemployee, 2026-06-03 ### *---- "Bring back Thrive" The app keeps signing you out, the UI is terrible, and it’s super clunky. Bring back Thrive! -- JoeyGrigorian, 2026-03-11 [View all NBCU Eats reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to NBCU Eats - [Posha Companion](https://apptail.io/app/posha-companion-Blai/united-states) - [Jimmy's Coney Grill](https://apptail.io/app/jimmys-coney-grill-Rsai/united-states) - [J&J Kitchen](https://apptail.io/app/jj-kitchen-WSQi/united-states) - [Bula Eats Fiji Delivery Man](https://apptail.io/app/bula-eats-fiji-delivery-man-CpSl/united-states) - [Trade Denver](https://apptail.io/app/trade-denver-YFgm/united-states) - [Puzzle Pizza](https://apptail.io/app/puzzle-pizza-sYko/united-states) - [Poki Bar Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/poki-bar-rewards-mqJo/united-states) - [Thrive - Order, Earn, Enjoy!](https://apptail.io/app/thrive-order-earn-enjoy-Bdjv/united-states) - [BenGong's Tea USA](https://apptail.io/app/bengongs-tea-usa-wlRv/united-states) - [BOBOBABA](https://apptail.io/app/bobobaba-felw/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
