Ιδανική για να κλειδώσεις το ibank σου!
Iris
H NBG δίνει την εντύπωση ότι σαμποτάρει το Iris. Μόνο από το κινητό! Όρια μεταφορών : μόνο στο το WEB! Κάτι διαφορετικό κάνουν οι άλλες συστημικές τράπεζες. Για να μη μιλήσουμε για τις ιντερνετικές.
ΔΕΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΕΙ
Η εφαρμογή μετά την αναβάθμιση, απλά «δεν στέλνει OTP». Κάλεσα την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για βοήθεια και είπαν ότι φταίει η συσκευή τηλεφωνίας ή ο πάροχος, την ίδια στιγμή που το mobile banking άλλης τράπεζας που συνεργάζομαι λειτουργεί κανονικά στην ίδια συσκευή, με τον ίδιο πάροχο και… στο ίδιο σημείο. Κλήθηκε εκ νέου η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, έγινε reset της συσκευής τηλεφωνίας, διεγράφη η εφαρμογή και εγκαταστάθηκε εκ νέου, ωστόσο τίποτα…. Καμία βοήθεια (φταίει η συσκευή τηλεφωνίας)… Άριστα!

Η αλλαγή κωδικού εδώ πρόκειται για πυρηνική φυσική
Απουσία επιλογής γλώσσας
Λείπει από τις επιλογές στο iPhone το preferred Languages.
Dark mode
Για ποιο λογο εχει dark mode η εφαρμογη business και οχι αυτη εδω; Βαλτε dark mode κι σε αυτη παρακαλω
Θέλει βελτιώσεις
Βάλτε επιτέλους ένα dark mode στην εφαρμογή και ένα όμορφο λογότυπο
Βελτίωση
Ειναι στα αμεσα σχέδια της τράπεζας η δυνατότητα προσθήκης συνδικαιουχου σε υφιστάμενο λογαριασμο καθώς και το άνοιγμα και αλλου είδους λογαριασμών (πχ εθνική παίδων) μέσω της εφαρμογής οπως γινεται στις λοιπές τραπεζικές εφαρμογές ;
