The app has now filed to scan more than twice. Each time they have made me delete the app and reinstall it. Meanwhile they insist there is no problem with the app, even when once under the direct supervision of their tech support it failed to scan. Oh, and since their tech support is in India you have to get help on their timeline, not yours.
