## NBReader Reviews in United States

### **--- "Unable to use app"
Initially I had an issue where the app would force close. That was resolved. Now I can’t use the app at all. Whenever I login it only shows the “last read” but no chapter and from there unable to select anything else. If I go to login in settings it will tell me “message failed” in Vietnamese.
-- KvngCjay, 2025-11-18

### **--- "I was not able to download all chapters"
I was not able to download all available chapters of some novels
Some novels in the caption or info have like 800 chapters but I was able to download 100+ chapters
-- Blair seen, 2025-11-09

### ***** "Best reading app"
I don’t know why this app has such bad reviews. It is by far the best free reading app out there and I’ve downloaded a ton of them. Sure there are ads but they are so short. So worth it to read for free. I also haven’t experienced any bugs or app closures.
-- lilmic222, 2025-11-08

### ***** "Great app"
I see many reviews that mentioned a terrible bug that crashed the app frequently. As of October 2025, I can confirm this bug has been patched!

My favorite thing about this app is that it remembers exactly where you left off reading. If I was halfway through a chapter, when I reopen the app it opens at that halfway point instead of the top of the chapter. Great app from all I can see
-- IceKittah, 2025-10-11

### **--- "Fix crashes"
Good app and solid voice features but the amount of crashes and the fact that the audiobook features always start at the start of the chapter makes it extremely hard to use. Fix those issues and this app would be alot better.
-- Tyrone McD, 2025-09-13

### ***-- "The audio"
Could be better. The pitch and speed part of the audio reader is having problem. Sometimes the app shut down while I’m reading.
-- Umbra*, 2025-09-05

### *---- "Less Ads than the site"
Ads, crashes, and now they keep having “maintenance” on the site constantly to try and get more people on the app.
-- EdxoticDevil, 2025-08-31

### ***-- "Good enough but"
App force closes every 5 minutes while reading a story, how to fix?
-- KaizenMozaic, 2025-08-31

### **--- "Constant crashing"
The app would be great if not for the constant crashing sometimes to the point of once every 2 minutes. The ads are excessive but I could get over it the crashing is a bit too much though. Please offer a ad free paid option.
-- Cfecteau, 2025-08-31
