NBS Benefits Mobile provides the following functionality:

• View Recent Transactions, Account Balances and Details 
• Ability to upload supporting claim documentation (Including photographs)
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username /password as WealthCare Portal (no need to register your mobile device, just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Fund HSA account from registered external bank accounts
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Terrible app.  Can’t even set up the basics or change settings information without getting errors.  Tried to set up direct deposit and I have had nothing but problems.  Been with support 4 times and have to constantly start over.  Won’t even let me submit claims.  I hate this app.

I’ve had this for two years and for two years I’ve periodically tried to get reimbursed via direct deposit instead of a million checks in the mail. They need to work on this feature. I think it’s missing from the app and impossible to find on their website and even when you get help finding it, it never works.

They give no notification of anything by paper or email.  Their expectation is you will use the AP for everything.  Asking their customer service how to navigate even simple tasks is a joke - their own people don’t know how to do things and they rude about telling you how little they know.  If you have any other option, use it.
