NC Medicaid Managed Care

I’m never able to log in on the app but if I use my laptop I can log in with no problem, fix this please

This app does not allow you to choose a pcp or which of the five companies you want to get your health care plan through which is literally the only thing that it seems to have been built for. Been trying all week. I just want Healthy Blue and the PCP I already had. And it looks like I might get stuck with whatever they pick for me. Had a great health care plan through the market place. Hope this works out.

This has actually been a very quick app to work, get straight to the point. I’m very very impressed. Very little well no crashes as of yet.

For being a state-run app regarding Medicaid, I’m impressed with the accessible, friendly, and quick features.

It won’t allow you to even select your name to enroll or do anything. This app does not work at all! Very frustrating you still have to call for everything

Doesn’t work and can’t read any notification

It was very aggravating trying to find a pacific provider because every time I would try to find a pacific provider it said none was found.The only way I was able to find my provider was to find the office that was affiliated with my provider so therefore it was very frustrating trying to select a provider of choice.

App needs to be updated Wont ever let me select my name to enroll on the app

I had to enroll my son 3 times because the app didn’t work
