NCCT has one aim -- preparing YOU for a Career in Construction.. NCCT is a non-profit, community-based organization. It has a general contractor’s license and is accredited by the State of California as a private, post secondary training institution. Our carefully selected staff of credentialed teacher-trainers are Master Carpenters who have years of experience and are highly motivated.. NCCT was formed to make well-paying careers in construction available to anyone with the desire to complete our program and participate in apprenticeship training. We do this through a pre-apprenticeship program where we teach and mentor students enabling them to successfully transition to careers in construction.
