Now it doesn’t even open. It auto crashes. I’m on an IPhone 16 -- Lindsey88@, 2025-04-09 ### *---- "Worst Company, Ever!" Made changes that affect my business functions with no notification. Support techs no nothing! Support is non-existent. Upgrading equipment is impossible! App freezes! Choose another option and stay away from NCR! -- OddTodd98, 2021-10-24 ### ****- "The app is very user friendly" The app is user friendly. Customer service is great. There is always a but and here it is it lacks website integration to the most used sites like Shopify. I wish they would make this easier. I have been a client for almost 10 years and looking for smooth integration for online sales. The only option they give does not work for sales online well. PLEASE I make user friendly integrations! -- Arissca, 2020-09-27 ### *---- "Releases with flaws" NCR is way too slow to fix issues with releases that have flaws. Their last release created a problem with being able to give the customer the correct change. It hides a portion of the amount due back to the customer. And 16 days later they still have not fixed the problem. -- theyshouldbebetter, 2020-02-27 ### *---- "No customer support" Glitching app! No Customer Support! No card chip capability! I have this app for 5 years and it never gets better. I suggest look elsewhere for better options. -- NCR CUSTOMER, 2020-02-19 ### *---- "No good" This app won’t even allow you to log on. Awful. -- kmill4, 2019-11-12 ### ***** "Superb" Great! Love it -- ogi ncr, 2019-07-11 ### *---- "Stop working properly after update" This app was crashing a lot and now since update it’s not even working properly Can’t select take our or dine in orders anymore it’s just life of junk app -- Rocky7862012, 2019-03-19 ### *---- "Card reader not working..." Used to work fine until now, it stopped taking payments through the NCR card reader. Is anyone else having the same issue? -- India Grill, 2018-09-15 ### *---- "Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced." NCR uses guerrilla sales tactics to get you to sign up. My company received numerous emails DAILY to sign up and once we did...they disappeared. ZERO help with install, integration, etc. would like the $5K invested in hardware, software back...Run, do not walk away. -- JHSwift, 2018-09-13 [View all NCR Silver Point-of reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NCR Silver Point-of Discovered Keywords - sale pos ## Apps Similar to NCR Silver Point-of - [POS](https://apptail.io/app/pos-uUb/united-states) - [POS Simple- Tap to Pay Receipt](https://apptail.io/app/pos-simple-tap-to-pay-receipt-JNB/united-states) - [USAePay RetailPOS](https://apptail.io/app/usaepay-retailpos-Nzfb/united-states) - [Modisoft Point of Sale (POS)](https://apptail.io/app/modisoft-point-of-sale-pos-Jhib/united-states) - [ST POS](https://apptail.io/app/st-pos-zYmc/united-states) - [Datio Point Of Sale Retail](https://apptail.io/app/datio-point-of-sale-retail-Tvcl/united-states) - [Aldelo Express - Point of Sale](https://apptail.io/app/aldelo-express-point-of-sale-Uvcl/united-states) - [SalesVu POS for iPad](https://apptail.io/app/salesvu-pos-for-ipad-Vvcl/united-states) - [Figure POS](https://apptail.io/app/figure-pos-kxcl/united-states) - [Rezku Restaurant POS System](https://apptail.io/app/rezku-restaurant-pos-system-GSil/united-states) ## NCR Silver Point-of Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/canada) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/bermuda) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/cayman-islands) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/netherlands) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/jamaica) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/ncr-silver-point-of-sale-pos-LWhb/spain) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
