A couple of UI tweaks worked advance this app
I would like the ability to rearrange the order of my favourites. I would like a setting to be able to display both the time as well as the app showing the next bus will arrive in x minutes. This would be useful when trying to make a journey that doesn’t just involve NCTX buses
Difficult to use and bad directions
All round just bad. I'm sure it's fine if you already know the routes and only need live departures and tickets, but it's terrible for finding out how to get anywhere. In part this is because the algorithm assumes you can walk between nearby stops, but you can't if there's no safe way to WALK ACROSS A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY. It's bad, and I don't know how it has 5 stars. It's also bad at consistency, sometimes using stop names, but sometimes using street names that don't match. It's near impossible to match up all this information and make sense of things. I really, really don't like this app and the company should do some user testing. It's bad.

Few Buses
Few buses from Dunkrik to Clifton, and there is no bus from dunkrik to Beeston ☹️
App is med
Unreliable buses always late. Bus scanners don’t scan properly. Only if there was a rating below 1 star.
a pretty useful app
It a bus is CANCELLED please let us know on the real time display as we might not want to wait 15 or 30 mins for the next one?
Service
Service for 40,41 and 42 are terrible.
Bus 1
The problem is you want to go to school n you’re depending on an oncoming bus the suddenly it just disappears and you end up late this has happened to me on 3 different occasions please sort ut out
