The latest release of the app has everything you need to get around Nottingham with NCT Buses. It’s packed full of everything you’ll need to get mobile.

I would like the ability to rearrange the order of my favourites. 

I would like a setting to be able to display both the time as well as the app showing the next bus will arrive in x minutes. This would be useful when trying to make a journey that doesn’t just involve NCTX buses

All round just bad. I'm sure it's fine if you already know the routes and only need live departures and tickets, but it's terrible for finding out how to get anywhere. In part this is because the algorithm assumes you can walk between nearby stops, but you can't if there's no safe way to WALK ACROSS A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY. It's bad, and I don't know how it has 5 stars.

It's also bad at consistency, sometimes using stop names, but sometimes using street names that don't match. It's near impossible to match up all this information and make sense of things. I really, really don't like this app and the company should do some user testing. It's bad.

I am very unhappy with the 36 bus service lately.  The buses from Chilwell are either missed out or late and it seems to be getting worse, when I ask the driver when one does arrive if there’s a problem they are rude! Today the driver said if I wasn’t happy I could always get off and wait for the next one. I wasn’t blaming him because I know it’s not his fault.  If there’s only going to be a service every 20 minutes instead of 12 have the decency to change the timetable so I don’t have to wait and wonder when one will turn up!! And then stick to it.

For the love of all things holy please separate bus timetable from A and B. For example have a timetable for 79, a separate one for 79a etc.

Whoever designed this app needs to take their head for a wobble because this is absolutely atrocious. You can’t expect people to get the bus time right if you have 3 separate routes on 1 timetable with a third of the needed information there to see.

I activated my ticket on the App & the word came up. The screen then changed without the word and said active. The bus driver was quite abrupt with me saying it needed activating when it had already been activated. A bit of kindness in the mornings going to work would be appreciated.
