Having just downloaded the new app and added my name and address, I then tried to book a taxi to the airport. First the app moved my address 3 doors down the street and then it changed the time I want the taxi to an hour later - not much help to get me to the airport in time for an early morning flight and I’m fairly certain my neighbours don’t want to be woken by a taxi in the small hours! Useless! I’ll have to ring up and speak to a real person.
The app never works as it should. I always have to close it down and reopen it several times before I can access the section I need. The taxi service itself is always very good and drivers are spot on.
