## Nearby Now Description
Nearby Now is the easiest way for contractors to extend their local reach, and get more customer reviews.

Whenever your techs and sales people arrive at a customer’s house or business, they simply press a button on their iPhone, and Nearby Now will update their location on the Nearby Now map. And now, with the power of AI, we help you write amazing job descriptions so that you can maximize the value of the content you are creating.

New customers who need your services can see that you’re working nearby, and also that you frequently work in their neighborhood.

Your frequent visits to customer’s neighborhood automatically build social proof that you’re a reputable company who is already trusted by their neighbors.

Make getting local reviews from happy customers part of your daily routine - each time you check in at a customer’s location, click a button and the Nearby Now app will send a customer satisfaction survey to your customer via email or sms.

Nearby Now can embed custom real-time service area heat maps on your website, so you can show your website visitors an exciting, interactive, real-time map of your service area for each area you feature.

Your privacy and your customer's privacy is always protected - Nearby Now only shows approximate geolocations for your safety.

## Nearby Now Reviews in United States

### **--- "Can’t upload videos"
The only issue I have is that the only way you can leave a video is if you record it right from the app. Change the app so we can upload videos like we can with pics.
-- Chris B HVAC tech, 2024-11-26

### ****- "Dark mode support"
So far I like the app, it seems intuitive enough, however I found that when the app is in dark mode none of the lettering changes which sets black text against a black background. More than likely if it doesn’t get fixed I will stop using the app as switching between light and dark modes will get annoying over time.
-- jmiller3013, 2022-04-20

### ****- "More shareable content"
We have really enjoying this service to help us build our positive feedback. The app is easy to use when requesting a review. However, I need more from this app as a social media manager for our company. When you go online you can share to your socials but I am ALWAYS on my phone. And I would like to be able to see my worker’s reviews, not just their average. And I would like to be able to click 1 button to be able to share it to a story or to the page feed.
-- Kpressley, 2020-05-22

### ***** "Great App"
Few people realize the potential of this app.
-- KC Water Heater, 2017-07-16

### *---- "Pos. don't waste your time"
Not working right
-- Cdub777, 2014-03-28

### ***** "Home owner"
Very good service..... Thanks guys
-- Katooch, 2013-12-05

### ***** "Love the concept!!!"
Will there be a customer app to compliment this one? Customers are searching more and more on smartphones and need to be able to locate this site.
-- Wigglit75, 2012-08-07

### ***** "Outstanding App"
This is a great app.
-- Josh Nelson IMC, 2012-03-16

### ***** "App is for service pros"
Sorry for the confusion. If you are a customer looking for a service pro, you can find them at www.nearbynow.co - This app allows those professionals to checkin throughout their day and broadcast it on the www.nearbynow.co site.
-- Coov, 2012-01-09

### *---- "Bothersome"
👎 pointless, confusing, and annoying registration process which I couldn't be bothered with.

Open. Tap, swipe... Look confused. Delete.
