This app is part of a research study being conducted by the University of Minnesota and is only available to participants who have enrolled in the study. Why NEAT-O? Designed for OUD + anxiety/depression – content targets the vicious cycle between mood and opioid use. Evidence-informed – built on clinically tested Vicious-Cycle CBT and supported by NIDA funding. Self-paced, mobile-first – use anytime, anywhere, no therapist required. What you can do inside the app Skill Modules Learn and practise core coping skills—breathing, problem-solving, cognitive reframing, mindfulness and more—in short, interactive lessons. Daily Wellness Tracker Log mood, stress and craving in seconds; spot triggers with simple charts. Personal Practice Journal Reflect on lessons and set action plans that fit your day-to-day life.
