Update: Need Android device to get the app working again. After trying everything I could find online to get the app connected to my Neato D7 vacuums, I decided to try an old Android phone. It worked flawlessly after the first attempt and now my vacuums are showing connected including on my iPhone. This company stated back in May ‘23 that they are going out of business due to failure from restructuring. It’s a shame because my 2 x D7 are absolutely the best vacuums for cleaning. The app has never been the best but honestly I just want to set it and forget it. I don’t know how long my vacuums have not been following their schedules but it has been a while now… that’s when I found out the news. Neato did state that their vacuums will be supported for 5 years from May’23 so hopefully they are still working on it. Anyway, hopefully they open their vacuums up to third party apps if they can’t. I would hate to replace mine. One of them won’t even let me do manual runs. It doesn’t know where it is at… even when on the charger. It’s my newer one so I do not believe it has failed. Anyway, good luck to everyone.

I cannot connect at all to my D6. It renders this unusable. It won’t even move if I just hit the start button.

It tells me I need to update the app app, but according to the App Store, the app is already up-to-date. So I can’t vacuum because of this?

Update is still going after two hours Trying to reset my floor pattern from the original I started with Now I cannot connect to Neato via app Please don’t tell me it’s my internet or router it was working somewhat prior to the update that never finished Would love to speak to someone you know a real human being. 859-991-4810 Thank you in advance Might be time to dump it and go to a different manufacturer

Vacuum is unusable. App tells me that an app update is required yet. I am on the latest version of the app and there’s nowhere to get a newer version.

I’ve had this vacuum like like 3-4 years and it has always been awful. The vacuum itself picks up great but the connecting it to wifi has always been miserable. It was tolerable when you could actually talk to someone on support but now they’ve went strictly to email which I think is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t use it for days or weeks just trying to hear back from them and figure out the problem. Find a vacuum that maps and has good reviews on picking up and DO NOT GET THIS ONE.

I can’t even use the vacuum??? I have used it once to clean my main floor. The vacuum station hasn’t moved at all unless the vacuum pushes it… it cleans it once creates the map for my floor and I set a schedule to vacuum acouple times a week and for some reason doesn’t follow the map and decides to create a new map and goes where I don’t want it to go? This app is garbage and please take some time and improve it.. for how expensive these vacuums are, the app should be just as good. Really disappointed I can’t even use the vacuum cause the app is so bugged. Please release some fw updates for this or I will be throwing this vacuum in the trash and buying something else. It’s saying I have moved it to a different floor which I haven’t touched the vacuum and now it won’t do anything. This has been going on for months.. come on now. I have a D7.

Notifications rarely work even when signed in. Display of area covered by the vacuum is never displayed and never available. Has been this way for years. Software update on the vacuums (we have 3) never work. Getting support from Neato is virtually impossible. Great product concept but no infrastructure to support and apparently no app developers that can develop apps for the product. Definitely explore the other options out there!!!

The app doesn’t show cleaning square feet and time anymore. Hasn’t been working since October 23 of last year.
