## NeckApp Description
A clear plan for your neck training.

NeckApp gives you 16 structured sessions, designed around two workouts a week. Train with bodyweight or supported equipment, follow animated exercise guides, and record your sets and neck measurements.

KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT
Each session includes set, rep, load and lowering-tempo targets. Alternating sessions cover neck extension, flexion and lateral flexion, with shrugs when suitable equipment is enabled.

FOLLOW EACH MOVEMENT
See an animated demonstration alongside your set targets. Read the setup cues, log completed reps and use the adjustable rest timer. Pause a workout and pick it up again later.

PROGRESS FROM YOUR LOGGED SETS
Your recorded performance shapes future targets. NeckApp adjusts repetitions, lowering tempo and added load as you progress. Use bodyweight, weight plates or a compatible neck harness.

SEE THE WORK YOU HAVE DONE
Follow your completed sessions in one programme progress card. Review your workout history, record neck circumference and see measurement trends over time. Choose kilograms or pounds, and centimeters or inches.
