Annoying currency signs
Canโt log in since yesterday
Very bad UX
From the onboarding errors to unpredictable app behaviour. They definitely have a problem with software engineering and UX expertise. Be patient if you decide to use it.
Bit
Can you please fix the-requesting payment to bit? Please.. thanks Because im requesting a payment to my employer but neema transfer me to the BiT application and that application is all Hebrew, theres no translation. Before itโs easy to request bit payment.
Needs some further development
This is only half baked. The have many bugs the don't know how to fix and after 10 days of back and forth with their support I was not able to make a money transfer. Experience was really frustrating as their service didn't bother to read the chat history and every day I had to explain what happened from the beginning. Even though they had competitive rates it's just not worth the time and frustrating communication. Use Rewire, much better and easier
New version
I only gave it 3 Stars cause the resent update made a lot of changes to the user interface of the sop and is way less user friendly. Other then that the service and support is great hope you do something to solve the problem with the new update
Bugs, design
Instead of addressing existing bugs, they are implementing unnecessary features and introducing a terrible new design. I've been using Neema for almost 2 years, and I haven't seen any improvement, everything just keeps getting worse
