Our Mobile Banking App you to do your banking securely in the palm of your hand! Access and view your account balances, pay your bills, and transfer money conveniently.

• Log in with your regular Member number and PAC
• Set-up Fingerprint ID or Facial Recognition for secure and quick access
• View your account activity, balances, and recent transactions
• Pay bills now or set them up for a future payment date
• View and edit upcoming scheduled bills and transfers
• Send money instantly with Interac e-Transfer®
• Transfer money between your accounts, including different memberships
• Quickly and securely deposit your cheques using your smartphone or tablet
• Display your balances at-a-glance without having to log in with Quick View

By downloading the Nelson & District Credit Union (NDCU) Mobile app, you consent to the installation of the app and any future updates or upgrades. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting or uninstalling the app from your device.

When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your device:
• Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM
• Camera – allows the app to use device camera to take picture of cheque
• Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

I had almost closed my bank account several times due to the lack of ability to deposit through email transfers, although the Deposit From Anywhere option allows easy photographic cheque deposit and takes no longer than physically depositing a cheque.
