As of today, the app has not opened and just keeps saying there is an error. How am I supposed to keep up with important information if the app doesn’t work?

This app helps keep me connected & up to date with everything for me son. It makes things so much easier.
User friendly
The app is very user friendly and helpful especially when organizing my two children’s appointments, billing, updates and inquiries. The team is very responsive, which is comforting when sickness arises. The app gives us the opportunity to fill out paperwork ahead of time to speed up our in person visits. Highly recommend.

The app makes it easy to make appts, ask questions, and keep all my kid’s medical info in one place

This is an amazing app I can get my son lab results and read the notes the doctor puts in that way if I need the results for another appointment instead of calling and waiting I can just log on here and skip the waiting
