ご利用には当社提供のIP電話サービス、ネオ・ビジネスラインのご契約も必要です

【ネオ・モバイルコールの特長】
・固定電話番号、0120/0800 フリーコール番号、050番号を直接発着信できます！
固定電話からの転送でなく、直接発着信できるので通話相手に固定電話番号やフリーコール番号を通知して発信できます。
・複数の固定電話番号で発着信できます！
一つのスマートフォンで、複数の固定電話番号が利用できるので、会社の代表番号・支店の番号・店舗の番号など複数の拠点の番号を発着信できます。
・番号の共有ができます！
複数のスマートフォンで、同時に発着信ができるのでビジネスフォンのような使い方もできます。
・固定電話との併用もできます！
事務所に常駐している方は、固定電話機で発着信し、外出の多い方は外出先で同じ番号をスマートフォンで発着信することもできます。
※別途弊社推奨機器（IP電話機またはATA）のご利用が必要です。
・海外でも利用できます！
約138の国と地域でも発着信可能です。
※中国および一部地域を除きます。

【注意事項】
・ネオ・モバイルコールのご利用には、IP電話サービス、NeoBusinessLine(ネオ・ビジネスライン)の契約および、各通信キャリアが提供するSMSが利用できるSIMカードの契約が必要です。
・0120/0800のフリーコール番号のご利用には、別途NeoFreeCall（ネオ・フリーコール）のご契約が必要です。
・110　119など緊急電話はご利用いただけません。
・連続した2時間以上の通話はご利用いただけません。
・アプリを使用した発信（0120/0800利用の場合は着信）の通話料金は、全て弊社から請求されます。

一度切れた後に再度発信すると2.3回アプリが立ち上げられずフリーズ。
通話中に来た他の人からの着信は着信履歴にも残らない為わからない。
度々電話相手のお客様から、ノイズが凄すぎて聞こえないとのクレーム。
