I've been engaged with this game for over two years, and, on the whole, it has been an enjoyable experience. The friendliness within my team has significantly contributed to the positive aspects. However, there has persistently been an underlying issue with the game, specifically concerning the responsiveness of both moderators and developers. Approximately four months ago, I reported a bug through the official Neopolis discord channel. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution to date, despite the bug being relatively straightforward to fix. Today, I reiterated the problem in the general chat to underscore concerns about the inefficiency of the suggestion system.

Turning to the matter of moderators, an hour after my initial report, another player reported instances of cheating through spoofers—a concern that has persisted for two months. A few months ago, I took it upon myself to infiltrate the cheaters' discord server, gathered evidence of their wrongdoing, and shared it with the general chat on the discord server. Surprisingly, the file was deleted within 10 minutes, and I received no response to my previous messages. Subsequently, when I encountered a moderator on the discord server, their response suggested a lack of engagement with my concerns, emphasising the need to report the matter to the support team, without acknowledging the context of my prior communication. I hope this review will follow some drastic action that is definitely needed.

Once upon a time there was a game that was fun, motivating to play and even good, then these mindless trolls who developed the game decided and said “Ooo, we should completely revamp the entire game and make it worse! :D” and would you look at that! they actually managed to make it worse. 

So far into the game, as an existing player you make so little money just to progress, it’s draining and not motivating to play at all (and trust me, before it was) Imaging making 50k per hour because levels costs a fortune but to buy a new building (to make more money) costs 59 million!!! Do the math, it’s going to take you 40-50 days to buy that building! What an absolute joke and here’s the best part, the devs are completely okay with it, they don’t see the issue considering that the entire community is actually upset about it. 

Play Landlord Tycoon, don’t waste your money nor your precious time for these mindless trolls which they call themselves “developers”  

This is a joke, April fools has passed, what is going on? It’s ridiculous, bare in mind people who spend money on this game have been reset lmao

The June 23 update has left this game glitchy and unplayable, 2 day waiting times for buildings purchased, buildings costing hundreds of millions when you currently only earn a few hundred thousand a day. I’m told I’ve got employees in training that I cannot access, rewards being repeated every time I log on so I cannot continue to play the game and the best feature in electric scooters being removed from the game. Needs sorting, would definitely not download if I did not already have the game. Unbelievable how bad it is
