It came with a dead battery so we bought four more batteries to put in and as soon as they were put in it wouldn’t even turn on it. We checked the batteries and they were dead. I have called Nerlos several times to talk to Customer Service but all I can do is leave a message. No one emailed me. No one‘s called me, no one’s text me and I was really hoping this one would work but it isn’t and no one is supporting me so I am not a very happy customer right now.
