The NESCAFÉ É Connected Mug Application is the perfect companion for your NESCAFÉ É Connected Mug to get the best NESCAFÉ recipes (hot or cold*, with water and/or milk), discover new ones, and adjust beverage temperature to your taste. The Application as well provides you with additional content on how to best use your new NESCAFÉ companion (FAQ, troubleshooting, step-by-step guided preparation). On top, the application is equipped with social features to meet and chat with friends over delicious coffee with NESCAFÉ É 

In addition, each time you brew a cup of coffee using the Application, you will have access to an exclusive game with exciting challenges to unlock & reveal 

The App’s purpose is to drive remotely the mug, when connected to the docking station (and plugged) & to access to additional functionalities when preparing a cup.

I recently purchased the Nestle e-Mug, and I was really excited to use it. However, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The iOS app keeps crashing every time I try to connect it to the mug, making it unusable. I've tried reinstalling the app and troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work. It's disappointing, considering I expected a seamless experience. I hope Nestle addresses these issues soon, as the product seems promising but is sadly let down by the app. Would not recommend until they fix these bugs! I am cheated for 6 K bugs and threw itaway in recycle garbage.
