Problém se zaplacením
Vadná funkce při platbě kreditní kartou přes AplePay chybová hláška po oznámení hotovo problikne a nelze rozpoznat že platba neproběhla, když pak čekáte na zásilku marně není co pít:-((

Velmi problemova aplikace
Aplikace funguje, ovsem jen do doby, nez chci zvolit osobni odber na butiku. Po nacteni mapy je jiz ctvrt roku stejna chyba, ze adresu nelze nalezt. Nelze ani zadat mesto, nelze zobrazit seznam butiku v okoli. Takze prakticky krome prohlizeni sortimentu je aplikace k nicemu, protoze z ni nelze objednat. Na webovych strankach vse funguje. Jiz v minulosti jsem tento problem resila, posilala jsem screenshoty s chybou z aplikace a evidentne to Nespresso vubec nezajima!
Cannot place orde
When I try to pay an order, the app throws an error, which is displayed for less than a second, so I can’t even read what’s wrong. When I called the support, they told me to reinstall the app, and if it doesn’t help that I should use the website.

Aplikace pěkná, akorát mi tu chybí recepty na různé druhy káv pro inspiraci.
Nelze objednat kavu
Vsechny sluzby dopravy vyzaduji vyplnit telefon, prestoze je vyplneny. V prohlizeci se stejnym uctem to funguje bez problemu. Na podpore nevedi co s tim.
Chybí možnost kategorie oblíbené
Aplikace super, chybí mi možnost vložit dané kávy do oblíbených, popř. nastavit osobní bodové hodnocení.
Missing Apple Pay, membership card disappearing
Apple Pay option is greatly missing from the app. Having to fish out the actual credit card and type the security code is ruining the whole experience from the app. Also, the membership card from the wallet keeps disappearing into “expired passes”. And what’s the use of the staff at the boutique can’t actually even scan the code?
