Love the coffee. But I hate the prices. I also dislike the fact that if you try to use coupon codes the site locks you up. When we’re paying $100 to $200 for coffee reward your customers! We’ve been customers for 10 years.

I've been using Nespresso for years and truly love this coffee.

However using app and website is not a smooth experience half of the time. 

As recently as today I wanted to place in order for pickup in my local boutique. It gets quite busy there so ordering online is the best opinion. 

Turned out to order some basic coffee sleeves is impossible. The app automatically adds a sample pack to the order which cannot be removed and with the sample pack pickup in store option is unavailable, as the customer support explained. Duh. 

What's the point to have an app that doesn't work for pickup?

I wasn't able to order via websites as well since at the checkout the system absolutely refused to find my boutique by city name or zip code. 

The store is there and it's listed as one of the locations on the website, just won't show up during checkout. 

This is not the first time this exact issue happened over the last 2 years and I'm very-very frustrated. 

I want to avoid unnecessary shipping yet I don't want to wait in line for 25 min in boutique itself. 

For such esteemed brand as Nespresso having such technical issues over and over again is quite embarrassing.

One of the most aggravating issues is that of promotions! 

Offering a free sleeve if you buy 8 sleeves… I buy 10… yet there is no way to include your choice of the free sleeve!

It appears they are just trying to get rid of excess inventory by offering a limited selection, but then they do not provide a straight forward method to include anything!

In general, this reading may be a little harsh, but I do think it needs to be said that my Bluetooth never seem to be able to connect with my machine and I’m supposed to be able to connect with it and have things preheat and automate my machine somewhat or at least maybe even check on the status through the app but it doesn’t communicate so can’t do that. However, for ordering the app does work just fine and is very simple and straightforward.

Any app makes paying and shipping product easy, and this app does so. But trying to pick coffee types can be better. I wanted full coffee, 4 bean intensity. Even when filtering, couldn’t find what we had at home so easily. All our sleeves have a number of beans indicating intensity. The intensity filter dose not show all available options, and not all descriptions have intensity noted. Also, the selection categories- barista creations,  master crafted, origins….means you have to search thru all these marketing groups to find a coffee. Could be so much easier.

The website is not nearly as well organized as this application.  Shopping was much simpler and it’s far easier to see the sizes that pod will make.  It even has free shipping options or to pick up at my local Nespresso boutique.  And of course because I’m using Apple Pay all of my payment options are already stored on my phone.  Great job Délonghi or Breville or Nestlé. Or more probably the company they contracted to build the app!

App started out great, but for the past year we have not been able to finalize an order. The screen freezes after items have been added to the cart. Please fix this issue. We spend a good amount of money purchasing your product, the least Nesspresso can do is utilize some of those finds to create an efficient app.
