This is the most frustrating app. It’s inconsistent, to say the least. The pages freeze or just don’t do anything. I’ve only ever connected my machine once! I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, signed in and out, and still nothing happens. And this the solution Nespresso’s customer service tells me I have to have in order to have a warranty issue addressed. Terrible customer service.
