## Net Nine Nine Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Bad Customer service"
I had this installed on a Tuesday, same day a maintenance ticket was raised and told maintenance would arrive later that day, its Thursday today and I get the same message everyday saying maintenance is coming and they never do. First time customer and already Net nine nine has topped my list of worst service ever.
-- Samteengana, 2025-03-27

### *---- "The is no use to the app"
You can’t access anything other than their offers Mxm
-- Xolani mbatha, 2025-01-25

### *---- "Interface is not user friendly"
Consider remember me option at log in. The password option doesn’t include “eye” to see of you are typing the correct password. General interface requires work, a lot of work
-- KPMat88, 2024-08-13

### *---- "Trash"
Its a trash app and they don’t care
