I can’t even login. -- Hammanskraal resident, 2026-04-30 ### *---- "Bad service" It’s been 3 weeks just waiting for installation very poor -- Matt456iieue, 2026-02-16 ### **--- "Password" The app doesn’t have the option for to change the password -- kebone03, 2025-08-18 ### *---- "Worst" Had a terrible experience with the app, after payment was taken but not reflecting and as a result my WiFi was cut off. Took weeks to restore it back -- Tee&667, 2025-08-17 ### *---- "Worst app ever" This app is trash now I can’t even change my password on it 🚮🚮🚮 -- Mthukuli, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "Profile Updates" This App does not allow you to update personal information that is stored incorrectly. I recently picked up that incorrect information was captured by an agent and stored on my profile on the App. Upon realising that I cannot change it myself, I tried calling for assistance where I was told I would need to cancel the account and reapply for the error to be fixed. Please improve the App user experience. -- 😕😕😒, 2025-08-04 ### ****- "Good App" So far so good 👍🏾I like the fact that I can pay on the app instead of call to ask for the link to pay -- Giddy1227, 2025-07-19 ### *---- "Eish!" It takes too long to load. Still haven’t used it to this day. -- Vhutali., 2025-07-13 [View all Net99 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Net99 Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | Utilities | #139 | ## Net99 Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/net99-doaw/south-africa) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/net99-doaw/united-arab-emirates) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/net99-doaw/united-kingdom) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/net99-doaw/new-zealand) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/net99-doaw/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
