3 times now this bank is down/unavailable, with zero notice to its customers. Its such a simple thing to let your customers know, you are safeholding people’s money for christ sake! In this day in age PH banks should be accountable for constantly resulting in their systems being unavailable. Let us continue to report to BSP, and there should be some sort of fine for banks not having their systems available for customers.

Not good for Existing clients

This is the digital banking that I Hate. They don’t care with their existing clients who only have 3% p.a. There are on going promos that only focused w/ newly open accounts but for clients who entrust has absolutely nothing. I will not trust my funds with this bank ever!!!!!

I will change my review if at least they could provide virtual debit card in near future. I think that’s what banking meant, they should provide it to their customers.
