The actual app never works. I can only use the site when I go on the browser. If you want to compete with other sites then this needs improving, also review your build a bet options as it’s very limited.

Terrible app
Good bookies let down by a shocking app. Never remembers password or auto login when you ask it to. Says nothing to display in bets and bet history and you have to just keep trying about 10 times until it eventually shows them. Really really awful app and the only thing stopping me from using NetBet more often

They take your money no problem & if you win the don’t pay out your winnings without jumping through hoops for weeks with all sorts of id checks & proof of address, bank cards, bank statements. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BETTING APP

This app offers a welcome bonus but won't let you use it. I used a very good sign up offer and they instantly banned me

I created an account after seeing a welcome offer for joining the app, I followed all the steps shown to me, deposited money in my account, then placed the bet I needed to as shown on the instructions of the offer and yet now when I went onto the app I received a notification that I am no longer able to receive bonuses on my account because I have used to many yet I have not even received the welcome offer and have no other bonuses. Clearly an app that draws you in with fake promotions just so you deposit money and bet just to not give the promised bonuses and cannot cash out the qualifying bet. I have contacted the help team and if I receive an answer and correction then I will gladly change my review.
