## Netchex Reviews in United States

### *---- "Direct deposit don’t work"
I put all my right information in days went by and it still don’t work fix this app
-- Wed730, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Useless"
I have not been able to do a thing in this app. If I attempt change screen I am unable to do anything but logout. Using latest version in App Store on iOS 18.6
-- dkaydonut, 2025-08-15

### *---- "Buggy"
This app is horrible. It takes so long to pull up any screen, and causes me to waste time when I’m trying to clock in. This is a frequent issue and very infuriating. The app also glitches frequently when trying to access other areas such as my time card. Sometimes it won’t load at all and it pulls up a blank screen. Often times I have to exit the app and try again several times for it to work. And even then sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Do not recommend.
-- celtic.kk.21, 2025-08-12

### **--- "Kismas"
App is not working won’t let me login to the app please fix asap
-- Nokmkm, 2025-08-01

### *---- "It’s Terrible"
Even when I connect to the wifi it takes an unnecessarily long amount of time to pull up 4 buttons needed to punch in and out with 4 small little buttons that’s all and it takes like 5 minutes to load it sometimes even have to close and re-open the app multiple times to even get it to load them and by that time I’m late. It has made me late on numerous occasions and it’s very very annoying and unacceptable. The only good thing is the time chart and when it shows pay
-- griffenja, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Worst app"
The Netchex app is extremely unreliable. Half the time it doesn’t even connect or load properly, making it almost impossible to check hours or access important info when needed. It’s frustrating and not dependable for something that should be simple and consistent. Needs major improvements.
-- Netchex, 2025-07-30

### **--- "Frustrated"
Printing capabilities are terrible screen goes white and won’t let you go back. Printing more than one paystub requires signing back in for each one. App needs a serious overhaul.
-- xtra irritated, 2025-07-23

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
Every single time I try to sign in it “verifies my info” and I have to choose between a text or a phone call. When they text me a code there’s no button to get to the next screen and when you choose the call, it verifies and then puts you back on the verificarion screen and doesn’t let you get in. Seriously the worst devs on the planet!
-- Aurelius007, 2025-06-10

### *---- "Useless"
I can’t even log in. I input the SSO code and there’s no button to proceed. Just stuck on this screen and it hasn’t changed in 6 months.
-- Nartiin, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Can yall fix this app ?"
With all the one stars you’d think they’d get to fixing some issues going on w they dumb ahh app. I’m a new hire w my company and this app don’t let me do ANYTHING!! I can’t even look at my paystubs because everything KEEPS saying loading. Basically the pictures yall post on how it supposed to look don’t look like that for me at all. Please just get it together.. Everyone should have the same experience w this app. the same POSITIVE experience.
