i got my subscription from bahrain and when i moved to another country i am not able to download any content as it says “Sorry, your account can't be used on this device. For more info, go to help.netflix.com (10013)” i contacted the customer service and got no reply

Netflix is nice but the problem is that it brings the new seasons and movies late for example a season came on april 17 and its may and I still don’t have it and for anime I only have one of the seasons like I would get it so late and I mean so late.
