Good App. Unable to upgrade firmware via Orbi app
The App is very intuitive and friendly. only bug is firmware upgrades of Router is not working. Always times out.

Firmware Update
There has been no firmware update since quite a long time & include present day security version to tackle intruding hackers
Anywhere access
I recently bought RBK853. The speed and connectivity are amazing but 1. Anywhere access doesn’t work when satellites are connected to the router with a wire (wired backhaul). It worked initially with wireless backhaul. 2. And the worst part is neither the app nor the web settings show the new firmware even when its available. Status always shows no new firmware available.
Range and disconnection issue post warranty and no tech support
After one year of fault less service and as soon as chat support is over the satellite has started having connection and range issue despite of same location.

App freezes frequently
Orbi app shows Armor 35% off sale. The moment you hit that, the app freezes with code ARM-PYMT-EXP. The developers seems unbothered to rectify this. App is going down the hill for some time.
Speed test !!!
Well the Orbi is supposed to provide seamless connectivity, in my home of 3500 sft,, I have 3 systems including 2 satellites,, the FF one is 20’ away and 10 ‘ above the main unit , it still doesn’t provide full connectivity with one wall in between! The speed test has to give all parameters not just speed,,, ???
Anywhere access not working
I can’t toggle anywhere access for my Orbi, earlier it was working and now it says an error occurred
Not much control on the App to Manage
Wish the Orbi App and Orbilogin provided much control to control the Wi-Fi device
