NETGEAR Orbi - WiFi System App

The device manager app continues to have issues. Tried chat customer support - bust! We setup profiles for each family member and need to get to device level to see which devices are connected. Rebooted router, reinstalled app and nothing. Been this way for two weeks without a fix. Frustrated!

Set up was easy and I am not very technologically savvy. So far internet testing speeds are fantastic. Hope it lasts!

Don’t have the performance expected by the price. And with a 10gb switch for the satellites.

Overall I like this Orbi app but why does the app report a different status than the web browser information of the same??? When I log into the app, it repeatedly reports a magenta status for one of my three satellites and shows 2 of 3 connected, while the web browser reports 3 of 3 satellites connected, all with good status. Why? Seems like a bug in the app.

My router is now 5 years old for sure I’m so old enough that I don’t remember when I bought it then it’s also rare plus I don’t know how long it can last because I’ve didn’t get it for cheap

Satellites and router are constantly going offline!

Satellite is one room away and wont sync

The ORBI system works great; however with the amount of money we spend on the equipment it should be at least 36 months of protective software. Since it is just a software program your not losing anything. I spent $1,000 on my six piece system and I do not have no type of software unless I purchase it. The new 7 series starts at $1,500 for a two piece set, enough said. Thank you for the great working equipment.
