## Netlift Description
It's simple and fast. Put your origin and destination address, date/time and you're done! You can book a ticket with one of our Netlift Shuttle drivers or, for daily commute, with one of our carpoolers.

Security is key at Netlift. Our selected Netlift Shuttle drivers are taxi drivers. That means that they are legal and they got a background check.

Can't leave your car at home? 
Drive! Pickup someone commuting a similar route and get reimbursed for gas and parking expenses (certain conditions apply). With fixed pricing you are never responsible for negotiating ride fares. Your money is transferred directly to your e-wallet, and can be deposited to your bank account in 3 simple steps.

I'd love to commute without cars! 
Ride! Two options for you: a private chauffeur or a carpooler. Our unique matching algorithm calculates the most efficient carpool rides to get you to work or school during peak traffic hours. Ride fares are fixed based on distance, so you always know how much the ride will cost before booking it. Review your matches and select with the driver of your choice. When your trip is complete, your account is automatically billed, and a receipt sent to you by email.

How does pricing work?
Prices are fixed based on distance and transactions are 100% cash-free. You always know how much you'll pay or get reimbursed before booking a ride, no negotiating required.

Can I ride and drive? 
You can easily ride today and drive tomorrow. Create 2 unique commutes, one as a rider and one as a driver and manage both from the same home screen. 

Is it safe?
You bet. In fact, Netlift is considered the most secure carpooling system in Canada, and you are a big reason why. Our two-way rating system enables riders and drivers to give feedback after each ride, helping to build a stronger community. 

Is carpooling legal in Quebec?
Absolutely. In fact, it's fully endorsed by the Government of Quebec. Read more here:

The app was not working and I called the support phone number. A miserable guy can barely understand what I am reporting and transferred me to his colleague. The poor lady can barely speaks English and told me that she did not do anything for Netflix!!! She transferred me back to the previous guy and he transferred my phone to a CS number’s voicemail box. I called again and the same guy told me I need to talk to my manager! How do you expect my manager to fix your app!!! I asked him and he said that’s what they taught him to say! The employees are even worse than the app. Pls hire some competent ppl. You are paying these ppl for ruining your service.

The concept is cool but I hate how I need to add multiple roads to and from the same place to get people to carpool with me. I can’t even look around my area to see if maybe I can carpool someone a bit out of my way in order to get someone. In my area there are not many people since I’m outside of the city so it sucks to not have multiple options

Just to realise how bad the interface is. 

I hope a competitor makes a similar but better managed app with co-coiturage so this one can be taken down. Looks awfully managed

Principe de covoiturage très intéressant
J'ai trouvé un jumelage qui me correspond et c'est vraiment pratique.
Par contre nous passagers devrions aussi avoir des incitations comme par exemple trajet offert après 3 voyages 
Vous me l'avez fait au début et je pensais que ce serait récurrent mais non, c'est dommage.
Et pour les occurrences on ne peut pas voir s'afficher par jour les horaires sélectionnés 
Ce n'est pas pratique, l'application devrait encore être travaillée
