Bad Experience
Ordered a life saving critical Medicines today morning and also got a call from Netmeds and requested them to deliver the medicine today itself. Order was verified and payment also made and by 10:14 AM order was processed successfully. But till not the status remains same and no update after 10:14 AM.
Called CC but they just apologised continuously and we will try to deliver the medicine at the earliest but no commitment.
Forced to buy the medicine from my trusted local medicine shop as it is diabetes medicine.
1 MG and PharmEasy are the better options available. Don’t know why this time I opted for Netmeds.

I have ordered tablets and paid amount online successfully but order is not displaying on App my order list. I raised this complaint still no response from Netmeds team.
Delivery extremely poor
Your delivery partner calls at 9:50pm to know if he can come to deliver later at night. They do not attempt delivery and either update a door closed or incorrect address.
Please share the delivery agents contact for delivery
This is the only reason I don’t pay when I order.
I sure need the BP tablets you deliver to me to deal with your delivery agent.

Switching to Tata 1MG
I ordered emergency medicines through admits and it was showing delivery by next day. It has been four days now and the order is still not delivered very very poor service. Switching to Tata 1MG.
