## NETPLUS SMART TELEPHONY Reviews in India

### *---- "Not working"
I’m extremely frustrated with the Net+ Smart Telephony app. It consistently fails to connect calls, and key features like voicemail, call forwarding, and call waiting don’t work. Logging in is also slow and unreliable.
I hope for a quick fix.

### *---- "Frustrating Experience with Netplus Broadband"
Dear Netplus Broadband Team,
I am writing this complaint in utter frustration while on my flight, hoping to get some resolution. We have Netplus Broadband installed at our home, and I paid the bill online well in advance. However, the payment update did not reflect in your system, causing us 11 days of harassment. This is entirely due to a fault in your software, not ours. Why should we suffer for your technical issues?
-- PanjaabSingh, 2024-07-22

### ***** "Great service"
Working great for me for login you first need to activate your landline number then login with your customer id

Nothing is working in the app. When you open it. It stucks on Home screen. I don’t know how Apple approves this app. Very pathetic experience.
