So just as the review title implies it’s an easy to use and very polished app design that makes navigation a breeze. My one and only. Complaint and why I gave it a 4 start rather than 5 start is lack of certain services that other bank/prepaid card accounts have over the Netspend card account. However, a very nice feature which actually in my opinion would bump it to a 4.5 star rating is the 5 percent on the savings account, that is an amazing rate for an online savings account. So final verdict 4.5 stars, and by the way I have one so yes it’s worth! Have a good day!

I was given a card from my parents with money on it for my birthday. They don’t list anywhere other than the small print that they take $2 PER TRANSACTION. Now I’m on the phone with them trying to get MY BIRTHDAY MONEY BACK!!!! And then they’ll make sure you can’t take the full balance out either so that way you HAVE to pay them. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the Netspend company is. If I ever have a question or issue of any kind, I can reach a customer service representative immediately and they are always so helpful and resolve it very quickly. My husband has Venmo card and if he needs to reach a customer service representative it’s a nightmare. I would never use any other card other than Netspend.
