So stupid
I just want to see “moments” of birds from my bird feeder. Nit people, not vehicles. I cant exclude these other “moments” nor can I just view “birds”. Which is listed as “pets”. Avoid!

The video functions but it is far from perfect. Very laggy and glitchy and looks like I’m watching a 1 frame per second video.
Dropping signal and poor battery
For the price of this camera it’s rarely works. I don’t intend on keeping this camera long term bc I’m disappointed in the service overall. The cameras clearness is good but if I can’t access it what’s the point.
I find this app so frustrating. I use it for my birdfeeder (was by customer service told to switch to this app after having numerous issues with the Birdfy app). Recordings often don’t load for days at a time. Many videos are only 2-3 seconds instead of the 30 seconds it’s set to record for. Customer service tells me to check my internet connection - we know this isn’t the issue and it makes no sense that the app will work one week and not the next. The camera is recording videos, the issue is the app. If I go under my spouse’s account the same videos are viewable. Camera is high quality but what difference does that make when an app is garbage?
Needs landscape view (at the very least) and live split screen to view multiple cameras simultaneously. Otherwise ok so far.
When I get notifications of movement and click them it says camera is offline and won’t refresh. When in fact it is not offline
Last 2 updates causing multiple alarm notifications from clouds showing sun shadows moving sensitivity has no help eliminating nuisance alarms even when setting on 1
Recently I started being unable to access my Orb cameras feed remotely. When I’m on WiFi they load immediately in the app, but when I am at work I get “Error loading”. Netvue service tells me to reboot cameras and router which I already did, but have no fix beyond that. They asked me to download the new Netvue app too and enable precise location for whatever reason. Since nothing has changed on my end, the issue must be on Netvue end but they do not take responsibility. The new Netvue Next app is cluttered and not user friendly. Instead of taking me to the list of cameras it takes me to a cluttered screen and now I have to take an extra step to get to the camera feed. There is a saying “Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken”. Netvue should concentrate their productive energy on ensuring the service works well rather than on redesigning the app that everyone has gotten used to and adding questionable “improvements”
app is always crashing or i can’t even get it in needs major updating .
